Beginner's Tiger Class

I may not be the world's most highly trained killer, but I will help you move with greater balance, fluidity and alignment and give you a solid foundation in your movement, dance and martial art journey. You will also laugh and have a good time with good people.

This is a beginner class in Tiger. The students in this video have about three weeks experience.  Tiger emphasizes the large muscle groups of the lats, chest, quads, glutes and shoulders. The clip highlights a little intro to ground kicks, with drills which are taken from the Tiger Kicking form. People are learning to move with structural integrity.
